The team and assistant general manager Brad Holland have mutually agreed to part ways, Oilers CEO and president of hockey operations Jeff Jackson announced on Tuesday.
The Oilers said the decision allows Holland "to pursue other opportunities."
Holland joined the team as a scout in 2019 and was promoted to assistant GM and director of professional scouting before the 2022-23 season. He began his NHL career in 2015 with the Toronto Maple Leafs as a team manager.
Holland is the son of former Oilers GM Ken Holland, whose contract was not renewed after the 2023-24 season. In July, Edmonton hired Stan Bowman to replace him as general manager.
