With the 2024-25 regular season approaching, teams are finalizing their lineups, and the first wave of players has hit the waiver wire.

Insider Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet has announced the first two names who were placed on waivers.

The Vancouver Canucks have officially placed defensemen Guillaume Brisebois and Jett Woo on waivers.
