It's been a busy week on the waiver wire, with three players placed on waivers on Monday and five on Tuesday. With just two days until the trade deadline, it looks like things will only get busier.

Johansen Among Four Players Placed On Waivers

According to Frank Seravalli, four players have landed on the waiver wire for Wednesday.

#NHL waivers today:

Ryan Johansen (PHI)
Will Lockwood (FLA)
Jacob Moverare (LAK)
Jaret Anderson-Dolan (LAK)

Johansen, recently traded to the Philadelphia Flyers, has played 63 games for Colorado this season, tallying 23 points (13 goals, ten assists), 34 penalty minutes, and a minus-six rating.

Lockwood, 25, has featured in 26 games for the Florida Panthers this season. Likely headed to the AHL if he clears waivers, Lockwood has registered one assist, 16 penalty minutes, and a plus-two rating in those games.

Moverare, also 25, has been scoreless in ten games with the Los Angeles Kings this season. However, he has recorded 18 points (two goals, 16 assists) in 34 AHL games for the Ontario Reign.

Anderson-Dolan, 24, has played 30 games for the Los Angeles Kings during the 2023-24 campaign, contributing four points (one goal, three assists), six penalty minutes, and a minus-four rating.

In related news, all five players who were placed on waivers on Tuesday, including Sam Gagner, have cleared and will be assigned to their respective American Hockey League affiliates.
