Olympic hockey player gets arrested for drug-related charges
Australian field hockey player Tom Craig has publicly apologized after being released from a Paris jail. Craig, 28, faced controversy during the 2024 Paris Olympics for alleged crimes.
Craig was followed by police who suspected him of wrongdoing. In an attempt to evade arrest, he ran from the officers but was eventually caught. As a result, he lost his Olympic rights, was banned from the athletes' village, and was not allowed to participate in the closing ceremony.
