Bruce Boudreau might be making a comeback behind the bench, as per Sportsnet insider Jeff Marek.
Boudreau is being considered to coach Team Canada at the Spengler Cup. Bruce appears to be back into action currently on a senior adviser position with the Niagara Ice Dogs in the OHL.
This opportunity allows him to return to what fans love seeing him do most and that's coaching hockey. The last time we say him behind the bench was back in January with the Canucks. He was replaced by Rick Tocchet at the time.
Known for his impressive coaching record with a 617-342-128 record in 1,087 NHL games, Boudreau holds the second highest points percentage among coaches with 1000 games or more.
Leading Team Canada at the Spengler Cup could mark an exciting chapter in Boudreau's amazing coaching career.
