A new TikTok video has emerged from Russia and gone viral. In a shocking turn of events, the video captures a Head coach beating up his assistant on the ice during the pre-game ceremony. Eventually, the on-ice officials had to be brought in to break up the conflict.

This was no minor altercation. One can see the coach repeatedly throwing heavy rights as he hunched over the other coach, who was down on the ice, probably trying to shield himself from the blows.
We all know hockey is a fast and physical sport and sometimes tensions can run high. But that kind of thing usually only happens with the players. If a coach does get extremely mad, he's usually arguing with the ref over a call, not his assistant coaches.
What makes all of this worse is that is happened as a kids game. The players in the video all appear to be quite young, possibly even under 10 years old. This kind of thing sets a bad example for these kids, who are just there to have some fun. They do not need the adults ruining things for them. Luckily, in this case, it seems that the game continued on after this as if it never happened. However, the coach should probably be reprimanded in some way for his unacceptable actions.
