Kevin Bieksa just called out this NHL Player in a brutal fashion during Hockey Night in Canada for his recent display of dirty play.
Bieksa Calls out Cousins For Dirty Play in Hopes of Change
Kevin Bieksa really didn't hold back on the hockey Night in Canada Panel last night when talking about his thoughts on Nick Cousins and his hit on Juuso Valimaki. Bieksa, who is quickly earning his respect in the hockey media and becoming a voice on the game, went as far as calling Cousins a rat for his play.
This has been a common theme with this player... somebody in that organization or somebody that he respects has to sit down and say 'Enough of this' or the NHL has to come down and hammer this guy. Somebody has to hammer this guy from the department of justice and put an end to these crappy hits because I hate them and that's a rat to me. I'm sorry it is."
Something Needs to Change With Cousins Play
Cousins is becoming one of the more hated players in the NHL right now, and the compilation of his hits doesn't do him any favours. Bieksa thinks the NHL needs to step in ASAP in order to hand Cousins a massive suspension, or that one of his teammates needs to have a serious heart-to-heart with him.
We will see how the NHL deals with Cousins if he delivers another questionable hit this year.
