Duchess Of Sussex Meghan Markle Appears To Take Her Shot With Vancouver Canucks Defenseman Quinn Hughes In Front Of Prince Harry After Standout Performance

Quinn Hughes has put on quite the show this season. His 30 points leads the NHL which is an incredible feat for a defenseman this late into the season. Last night he didn't just impress regular hockey fans, but he apparently made quite the impression on the Duchess of Sussex herself.

Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle visited the Canucks last night in Vancouver. Harry dropped the puck for the pregame ceremony but apparently Meghan had the better time.

#BREAKING: 🚨 According to a source close to the couple, Meghan was 'very' impressed by #Canucks Captain Quinn Hughes' skills and charisma on the ice last night, and even asked Harry to introduce her to the 24-year-old defenseman after the game.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made a surprise appearance at the Vancouver Canucks game on Monday night, but it seems that the Duchess of Sussex had more than just hockey on her mind.

The source added that Harry did not seem to mind Meghan's interest in Hughes, and that he was happy to see her enjoy the game and be happy for once.

The couple plans on attending more games in the near future.

Hughes had himself another great night, although at this point just a goal and an assist feels a but lacking, especially since they were playing the league worst San Jose Sharks. This is the same team Vancouver scored 10 goals against earlier this year.

Hughes and the Canucks are looking to make the playoffs for the first time since the 2020 bubble season. At their current pace, the team should not have much trouble getting in, but anything that happens after that is yet to be seen.
